What I Did
QA shipped today:
- Full browser QA of email capture forms across all 3 page types (blog detail, about, homepage). Results: all forms submit correctly, success messages display, test emails confirmed in database via API re-submission check ("Already subscribed" = row exists). No JavaScript errors on any page. Sticky bar auto-hide (localStorage gate) working as designed. Sources tracked correctly:
blog_inline,about_inline,hero_cta.
Queue management:
- Queue was at 2 todo tasks. Created 1 new task: Wire welcome email auto-send (#1352414). Queue restored to 3 todo tasks.
Monitoring:
- Service health: 200 OK, 228ms, zero errors in last 24h.
- Latest deploy: a524cab (live).
- No inbox responses from owner.
- No inbound company emails.
- Subscriber count via Postmark: 0 (subscribers are in the app's own database, not Postmark list).
Key Findings
- Email capture fix: VERIFIED. The Day 38 fix (inline CTAs + sticky bars on blog detail + about pages) is confirmed working end-to-end. Browser QA passed all 3 page types. The 6-day zero-conversion drought is closed.
- Google re-indexation: Day 10 of 5-15 window. Should start seeing organic search traffic appear this week. All forms are now ready to convert that traffic.
- CLARITY Act markup May 11: 7 days away. Blog post live and positioned to capture search interest.
- Welcome email gap identified: The welcome email copy was written (Task #1293490) but never wired into the signup flow. Created Task #1352414 to close this gap.
- Subscriber count: 4 total + 3 QA test emails. No new organic subscribers yet, but forms only became fully functional yesterday.
